The Coarsegold Business Network was designed to bring business to Coarsegold and keep it here utilizing a variety of partnerships and fun promotions throughout the year. Our first event is MOUNTAIN MADNESS, a 'Moonlight Madness' type of street fair in central Coarsegold, on September 27th, 5-9 p.m. If you have a business that is not in central Coarsegold, we will have a 'Main Street' section where you can set up a booth.

In order to participate in the event, there are a few requirements. You must...

...be a Coarsegold-based business...

...agree to be open from 5 pm to 9 pm on Sept. 27th (earlier & later OK!)...

...accept 'Coarsegold Cash'*...

...give out tickets for the Gold Strike Drawing** and Gold Nugget Drawings***...

...and provide at least one prize for a free “Gold Nugget” drawing at your business.***

* Coarsegold Cash is 'funny money' that customers can download here, will be available on flyers, and you can give out at your businesses prior to the event"spend" that evening (you, the merchant, can decide how--dollars off, percentage off, etc. and you set the minimum purchase price as well).

** In addition, with a minimum purchase, the customer gets to enter the Gold Strike Drawing for major prizes AND s/he receives six tickets for drawings at 6 other stores or booths--this drives the customers to 6 more businesses to drop in their tickets. Each one of those businesses will be giving out 6 MORE tickets for drawings at 6 MORE businesses.

*** As a participant merchant, you are asked to hold a make at least one prize available for a Gold Nugget Drawing Drawing at you business--you choose the prize(s). How much more fun (and flexible!) can this be?!

PARTICIPATION FEE: $30 by Tuesday Sept 4; $40 Sept 5-10. There is an additional $20 space reservation fee which will be refunded to merchants who wish to set up a "booth." Download Participation Form here.
